Approve minutes of the meeting of June 26, 2023, of July 31, 2023 and of August 28, 2023. 4. Closed session regarding a. review/discuss previous closed session minutes: December 19, 2022, June 26, 2023, July 31, 2023 and August 31, 2023. b. discuss removal of Resolution 2020-1, paragraph 5 from the bottom of each Personnel Board agenda. c. review and discuss the applications for Firefighters, the test results and the possible posting of a list to proceed further in the process. 5. Action on closed session items. 6. Public participation/Public comments.* 7. Adjourn. *Referring to the Personnel Board’s Resolution Number 2020-1, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MODIFICATIONS TO MEETINGS OF THE PERSONNEL BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF BRIDGEVIEW OCCURRING DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, passed on April 27, 2020, and specifically # 5 of SECTION THREE of said Resolution; 5. “A person desiring to make public comment may email their public comment to Gary Lewis at glewis@villageofbridgeview.com by 5:00pm on any day upon which the Personnel Board holds a meeting during this period. Public Comments received by email will be read during the public comment section and will be noted in the meeting minutes. Emailed public comments must be limited to 200 words, must identify the commenter, and are limited to one (1) comment per person.” NOTE: This email may be mailed prior to the 5:00pm deadline.
