Approve the Minutes of the regular meetings of August 28, 2023 and of October 30, 2023. 4. Closed session (Review closed session minutes from two past meetings). 5. Approve any personnel actions taken in closed session. 6. Approve the two closed session minutes discussed in closed session. 7. Review requested written response from Attorney Zarzour re: procedural practices. 8. Approve the sending of three Firefighter candidates for a polygraph and a psychological test at the current costs. 9. Discuss and review the wording in future ads for Police and Fire applicants. 10. Considering December 25, 2023 is Christmas and the Personnel Board’s meeting night, should this Board hold the meeting on December 25th, cancel and reschedule or simply cancel? 11.
