Closed session for matters of personnel. a. Review closed session minutes of December 18, 2023. b. Review polygraphs, psychologicals and Police background checks. c. Discuss making public those previously approved closed session minutes and destruction of corresponding closed session recordings that are prior to July of 2022. Also, this action to be done every January and July. d. Discuss the Police promotions status. 5. Approve the actions from the closed session. 6. Public participation. 7. Adjourn.
