VILLAGE OF BRIDGEVIEW PERSONNEL BOARD AGENDA APRIL 29,2024 6:30pm VILLAGE COURT ROOM 1. Call to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Approve the minutes of the regular meeting of February 26, 2024. 4. Cancel/Reschedule the Personnel Board meeting of May 27, 2024. 5. Closed session for matters of personnel: a. Review closed session minutes of February 26, 2024. b. Review and discuss the results of the two Firefighter candidates’ polygraphs. Discuss that the applications for hire, polygraphs, psychological reports and Police background checks don’t cover all the same info. c. Discuss the 2024 Sergeant Promotional Test and all its components including the date(s) for said testing. d. Approve payment of $6,867.50 for the upcoming 2024 Sergeant Promotional Test. e. Discuss the wording to be used in future ads regarding academic requirements, paperwork, etc. for candidates for both the Police and Fire Departments’ applicants to avoid conflicts as to what is needed and when. 6.
