FINANCE – TRUSTEE PTICEK • ORDINANCE NECESSARY DUE TO COOK COUNTY’S FAILURE TO ISSUE PROPERTY TAX BILLS, ON A TIMELY BASIS • ORDINANCE 25-17; AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUE AND SALE OF TAX ANTICIPATION OBLIGATIONS AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TAX INTERCEPT AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF COOK PURSUANT TO THE PROPERTY TAX BRIDGE FUND PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES NO INTEREST LOANS FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENTS AND TAXING DISTRICTS IX.
