ROLL CALL: COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Doug DeSmith, Andrew Medford, Jeff Beachy, Gregg Tuholski, and Cathy Burke OTHER MEMBERS PRESENT: Assistant Town Manager Jill Swartz, Legal Counsel Alex Bowman and Clerk- Treasurer Cathy Antonelli APPROVAL OF AGENDA: stands as published APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  Motion to approve the October 19, RDC meeting minutes was made by Andrew Medford, Seconded by Doug DeSmith. Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Andrew Medford, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy. Motion carried. TOWN COUNCIL DISCUSSION ITEMS: Town Attorney Alex Bowman made note that the acquisition offer of local property was rejected and will be pushed back to further discuss at the December 21, 2023 RDC meeting.
