TOWN COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING Friday, December 29, 2023 at 5:15 PM Council Chambers – Bristol Municipal Complex MINUTES This meeting will be held in the Bristol Municipal Complex and is open for in-person participation. SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING OF FRIDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2023 AT 5:15PM WAS CALLED TO ORDER by Council President Jeff Beachy. ROLL CALL Members present: Doug DeSmith, Andrew Medford, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy Others present: Clerk-Treasurer Cathy Antonelli, Town Manager Mike Yoder APPROVAL OF AGENDA -stands as written CLERK-TREASURER Cathy Antonelli Consideration of Ordinance 12-29-2023-32 regarding end of year additional appropriations to the General Fund in the total amount of $174,000. Broken down as: 1101-001-310 $50,000 for legal services and $124,000 for hydrant rental costs, due to the rate increase that took effect this year.  Motion to approve Ordinance No. 12/29/2023-32 in the amount of $174K was made by Andrew Medford, Seconded by Doug DeSmith. Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Andrew Medford, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy. Motion carries. TOWN COUNCIL DISCUSSION ITEMS Wishes from the Council for a Happy New Year to all!
