TOWN COUNCIL WORK SESSION Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 7:00 PM Bristol Town Hall Council Chamber MINUTES CALL MEETING TO ORDER Council President Jeff Beachy called the regular council meeting to order at 7:00pm on Thursday, February 18, 2025. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE led by Dean Rentfrow ROLL CALL Members present: Doug DeSmith, Dean Rentfrow, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy Others present: Town Marshal Steve Priem, Legal Counsel Alex Bowman, Clerk-Treasurer Cathy Antonelli, Town Manager Mike Yoder, Fire Chief Nik Kantz APPROVAL OF AGENDA stands as published REPORTS TOWN MANAGER Mike Yoder outlined the proposed main street project options. Heidi Amspaugh of Baker Tilly joined via Zoom and reviewed the details of the three options: 1) own and lease, 2) sell to the developer and 3) give to the developer. Council discussion included square footage, design concept, parking considerations, Request for Proposal (RFP) options and what that timetable might include. The next step will be to create a request for proposal. CLERK-TREASURER Cathy Antonelli Resolution No. 2.18.2025-6 A Resolution to Change Zero Balance Fund Account Status to Dormant and Close at Year- End - to include the following three funds: Fund #6102 Water Bond and Interest, 6202 Sewer Bond and Interest and 1150 CARES Covid Relief  Motion to adopt Resolution No. 2.18.2025-6 A Resolution to Change Zero Balance Fund Account Status to Dormant and Close at Year-End made by Cathy Burke, Seconded by Doug DeSmith. Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Dean Rentfrow, Cathy Burke, Greg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy. Motion carries.
