TOWN COUNCIL WORK SESSION Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 7:00 PM Bristol Town Hall Council Chamber MINUTES CALL MEETING TO ORDER - The work session was called to order on June 17, 2025 at 7:00pm by Council President Jeff Beachy. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE led by Kyle Hamood ROLL CALL Members present: Doug DeSmith, Dean Rentfrow, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuhloski, Jeff Beachy Others in attendance: Town Manager Mike Yoder, Clerk-Treasurer Cathy Antonelli, Fire Chief Nik Kantz, Corporal Kyle Hamood, Legal Counsel Alex Bowman APPROVAL OF AGENDA - stands as published REPORTS TOWN MANAGER Mike Yoder Boyce / BS& A Software | Parker Bright via Zoom Parker Bright from Boyce/BS&A Software shared a very quick gave a quick summary of BS&A and the cloud-based ERP Software. The Town has worked with Boyce for more than 20 years and has been invited to convert to the cloud based program with accounts payable. Adam Skrzeszewaki with US Signcrafters shared updated images and a mocked size sign for the consideration of new Welcome to Bristol Signs. Projected cost is $78K for all eight signs. Discussion followed surrounding the signs. Council would like to see a quote with the Municipal Complex sign being backlit. Thoughts by Council shared to consider changing the shape of the sign and a request to see a new mock ups for Thursday. Development Standards - JPR | Bob Heiden/ Angela Furore-Smith Bob introduced Angela, who presented several development standards for review. She also asked the Council to let her visual likes/dislikes when driving through Town so that they may be incorporated into the standards. Angela then reviewed some thoughts and images of buildings for Council to consider surrounding the Request For Proposal for vacant main street property CLERK-TREASURER Cathy Antonelli – no items this evening TOWN ATTORNEY Alex Bowman Congdon parcel by Memorial Park was closed on last night. RWP title work back and judgement liens, but hoping to be dissolved at closing. Mike Yoder spoke to the three quotes received on the RWP updates. MOTION TO ADJOURN  Motion to adjourn made by Greg Tuholski, Seconded by Cathy Burke.
