TOWN COUNCIL WORK SESSION Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 7:00 PM Bristol Town Hall Council Chamber MINUTES CALL MEETING TO ORDER - Town Council President Jeff Beachy called the regular council meeting to order Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 7:00pm. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - led by Chris Stager ROLL CALL Members present: Doug DeSmith, Dean Rentfrow, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy Others in attendance: Town Marshal Steve Priem, Legal Counsel Alex Bowman, Town Manager Mike Yoder, Fire Chief Nik Kantz APPROVAL OF AGENDA -stands as published No Reports this evening from the Town Manager, Clerk-Treasurer or Town Attorney QUESTIONS ABOUT UPCOMING COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA ITEMS Debra Hughes, engineer (S A M) 2810 Dexter Drive was present to review the revisions to the townhouse site plan being considered off N. River Rd. This is an owner purchased property. The four- unit buildings were removed, creating guest parking spaces in four locations, leaving 36 3-unit 3BR 2 1/2 bath buildings and SW corner added 5 parking spaces (17 new spaces in total), each unit now has two outside parking spaces, plus the garage (three in total per unit). Snow storage added behind the guest parking spaces. Discussions included allowance of owner to rent or air b-n-b, HOA restriction on rental, storage, three- year phase out to build, addition of trees for privacy (arborvitae, evergreen), 6 ft opaque fence, entrance (request for variance to be waived) Town Attorney Alex Bowman spoke to written commitments from Council that could be included, for example: addition of trees, upgrades to the current home, rentals-to have or not and length of time could be considered. Council asked to have updated renderings, if possible, showing the floor plan and answer questions. OTHER COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS Marshal Priem - approval to purchase rifles Thanks to Councilman Tuholski for assisting in the research for the purchase of new rifles. Funds are budgeted, but Council gave permission to encumber if not received and paid for by year end.  Motion to approve the rifle purchase made by Cathy Burke, Seconded by Doug DeSmith. Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Dean Rentfrow, Cathy Burke, Greg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy. Motion carries. MOTION TO ADJOURN  Motion to adjourn made by Greg Tuholski, Seconded by Doug DeSmith.
