Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy. Motion carries. REPORTS TOWN MANAGER Mike Yoder  Motion to approve the assessed value pass-through letter made by Gregg Tuholski, Seconded by Jeff Beachy.
