CITY OF BRISTOL TENNESSEE MINUTES OF THE BEER BOARD MEETING HELD AUGUST 14, 2013 BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT CITY EMPLOYEES PRESENT Mr. Craig Kistner Chief Blaine Wade Ms. Helen Pickel Lt. Glenn James Mr. Vincent Turner Mr. Jack Hyder Mr. Mike Ketron Ms. Robin Stedman Call to Order – At approximately 5:00 pm on August 14, 2013, Mr. Kistner, Chairman of the Beer Board for the City of Bristol, Tennessee, called the meeting to order in the Conference Room of the Ewell L. Easley Municipal Bldg., located at 104 Eighth St., Bristol, Tennessee. Review of Minutes – Board Members reviewed the July 17, 2013 meeting minutes, the minutes were approved as read. NEW BUSINESS The Last Lap, 2800 Hwy 11E, Bristol, TN – Lt. James advised Mr. George Rogers, Owner, submitted an Application for Renewal of a Temporary Off-Premises Permit, with no change of location. Lt. James noted that although Mr. Rogers was not present he had been notified of the meeting. Ms. Pickel asked of there are any previous violations, Lt. James said there are not. Ms. Pickel made a Motion to approve the Application, seconded by Mr. Turner. There being no further discussion or comment Mr. Kistner called for a Vote, the Motion was approved by unanimous vote. Martin’s KP Duty, 12 & 14 Bank St., Bristol, TN – Ms. Happy Vance, Representative, appeared before the Board to request Renewal of a Temporary on-Premises Permit. Lt. James advised the Application is in order, and there are no previous violations. Ms. Pickel made a Motion to approve the Application, seconded by Mr. Ketron. There being no further discussion or comment Mr. Kistner called for a Vote, the Motion was approved by unanimous vote. OLD BUSINESS Lt. James advised there is no old business. PENDING BUSINESS Lt. James advised there is no pending business he is aware of, and there are no outstanding Applications. Mr. Kistner advised Members will be notified of the next meeting when there is business to conduct. The meeting was adjourned.
