CITY OF BRISTOL, TENNESSEE MINUTES OF THE BEER BOARD MEETING FEBRUARY 18, 2020 BOARD MEMBER PRESENT CITY EMPLOYEES PRESENT Mr. Craig Kistner-Chairman Chief Blaine Wade Mr. Greeson Captain Walter Brown Patty Hicks Call to order-At 5:04 pm on February 18, 2020, Mr. Kistner, Chairman of the Beer Board for the City of Bristol, Tennessee, called the meeting to order in the conference room of the Ewell L. Easley Municipal Bldg., located at 104 8th St., Bristol Tennessee. Roll call was taken with members not present at the meeting being Mr. Miles Vance and Mr. Jason Booher. Vice Chairman Michael Ketron was called and present by conference call. Review of minutes-Board members reviewed minutes from the January 15, 2020 meeting and the minutes were approved as read. NEW BUSINESS The Bristol Pour House: Manager Angela Huffman was present to represent The Bristol Pour House. The application and inspection were completed. All fees have been paid. Education is complete and Alcohol Awareness Training certificate was given by Captain Brown. A motion was made by Mr. Greeson to approve the new permit. Vice Chairman Ketron seconded the motion. Roll call was taken. Motion passed unanimously. OLD BUSINESS-None PENDING BUSINESS-None The next Board Meeting will be held on March 18, 2020. With no further business the meeting was adjourned at approximately 5:08 pm.
