CITY OF BRISTOL, TENNESSEE MINUTES OF THE BEER BOARD MEETING November 18, 2020 BOARD MEMBER PRESENT CITY EMPLOYEES PRESENT Mr. Craig Kistner-Chairman Danielle Smith Mr. Ketron- Vice Chairman Captain Walter Brown Mr. Jason Booher Chief Blaine Wade Mr. Miles Vance Patty Hicks Mr. Robert Greeson Lieutenant Hale Detective Chapman Call to order-At approximately 5:00 pm on November 18, 2020, Mr. Kistner, Chairman of the Beer Board for the City of Bristol, Tennessee, called the meeting to order via Zoom. The board approved the meeting to be done electronically. Roll call was taken. Review of minutes-Board members will review minutes from September 9, 2020 meeting and the October 21, 2020 meeting. The minutes were approved as read. NEW BUSINESS Carl’s Beverage: Jayeshkymar Patel, was present via Zoom to represent Carl’s Beverage. Carl’s Beverage is located at 410 Hazlewood St. Carl’s Beverage is seeking an off premise Beer Permit. An application has been completed. All fees have been paid. Education is complete. Vice Chairman Ketron made a motion to pass. Mr. Booher seconded the motion. Roll call was taken. Motion passed unanimously. Levy Premium Food Service: Oberdan Congello, was present via Zoom to represent Levy Premium Food Service. Levy Premium Food Service is located at Bristol Motor Speedway 151 Speedway Blvd. Oberdan Congello was present for a sale to under 21 compliance hearing. The violation occurred on September 19, 2020. This is the first violation for this particular permit. Detective Chapman spoke about the violation. Mr. Booher made a motion for a 10 day suspension or pay a $1500.00 fine. Mr. Vance seconded the motion. Roll call was taken. Motion passed unanimously. OLD BUSINESS-None PENDING BUSINESS-None The next Board Meeting will be held on December 16, 2020. With no further business the meeting was adjourned at approximately 5:34 pm.
