Adam Dye Mr. Robert Greeson Attorney Danielle Smith Mr. Clyde Downs City Manager Kelli Bourgeois Dr. Mark Hutton Call to order-At approximately 5:00 pm on May 17, 2023, Mr. Slagle, Vice-Chairman of the Beer Board for the City of Bristol, Tennessee, called the meeting to order in the conference room of the Ewell L. Easley Municipal Bldg., located at 104 8th St. Roll call was taken. Review of minutes-Board members reviewed the minutes from the November 16, 2022 meeting. The minutes were approved as read. NEW BUSINESS Believe in Bristol: Maggie Elliott was present to represent Believe in Bristol. Believe in Bristol is seeking a temporary Beer Permit for Anderson Park at 341 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Dr. Hutton made a motion to pass. Mr. Downs seconded the motion. Roll call was taken. Motion passed unanimously. OLD BUSINESS None. PENDING BUSINESS The next Board Meeting will be held on July 21, 2023. With no further business the meeting was adjourned at approximately 5:08 pm.
