MINUTES OF THE BRISTOL TENNESSEE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION January 22, 20 13 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Joel Staton on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, at 7:00p.m. in the City Hall Annex. Members of the City Council present were Joel Staton, Ben Zandi, Michelle Dolan, Margaret Feierabend, and David Shumaker. Staff members present included JeffBroughton, City Manager and Jack Hyder, City Attorney. The agenda for the meeting included the following item of discussion, with no formal action being taken: 1.
