Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work SessÍon July 16,2013 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Michelle Dolan on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Annex. Members of the City Council present were Michelle Dolan, Lea Powers, Margaret Feierabend, and Chad Keen. Staff members present included Interim City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Jack Hyder, Finance Director Tara Musick, and IT Manager Greg Cross. Also in attendance were Power Board Chairman Pat Hickie, BTES General Manager Mike Browder, BTES Attomey Tom Davenport, and several members of the BTES staff. The agenda for the meeting included the following items of discussion, with no formal action being taken: 1. Series 2013 Electric System Revenue Bonds 2. City CouncilAppointments to Boards and Commissions 3. City Manager Search Process 4. Public Chapter No. 445 5.
