Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work session September 17, 2013 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Dolan on Tuesday, September 17 , 2013, at 7 :00 p.m. in the Wyatt Auditorium of the Slater Community Center. Members of the City Council present included Mayor Michelle Dolan, Vice Mayor Lea Powers, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, and Councilman Jack Young. In addition, Mr. Jason Booher of the Sullivan County Election Commission was in attendance Staff members present included Interim City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Jack Hyder, City Recorder Tara Musick, Parks and Recreation Director Terry Napier, and Information Technology Manager Greg Cross. The agenda for the meeting included the following items of discussion, with no formal action taken: 1. Discussion of Charter Amendment to address Vacancies on City Council 2. Presentation of Parks and Recreation Department Plan of Work for Fiscal2014 3.
