Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session October 15,2013 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Dolan on Tuesday, October 15,2013, at7:00 p.m. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex building (104 8th Street). Members of the City Council present included Mayor Michelle Dolan, Vice Mayor Lea Powers, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, and Councilman Jack Young. Staff members included Community Development Director (Acting City Manager) Shari Brown, City Engineer (Interim Public Works Director) Tim Beavers, Community Relations Director, Terrie Talbert and Information Technology Manager Greg Cross. The agenda for the meeting included the following items of discussion, with no formal action taken: 1. Presentation of East Cedar Street improvements 2.
