Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council \ilork Session November l9r2013 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Dolan on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the conference room of the Easley Annex Building. Members of the City Council present included Mayor Michelle Dolan, Vice Mayor Lea Powers, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad keen, and Councilman Jack Young. Staff members present included Interim City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Jack Hyder, City Recorder Tara Musick, Police Chief Blaine Wade, Community Relations Director Terrie Talbert, and Information Technology Manager Greg Cross. In addition, Dr. Gary Lilly, Director of Schools, Mr. Don Shell, of redChair:architects, Mr. Rick Hurley of the Stone Castle Renovation Committee, ffid Ms. Liza Conway of Chain Free Bristol were in attendance to deliver presentations. The agenda for the meeting included the following items of discussion, with no formal action taken: 1. New Middle School Presentation 2. Stone Castle Renovation Presentation 3. Tri-Cities Legislative Policy Discussion 4. Dog Tethering Ordinance Discussion 5. Discussion of Handgun Carry Permit Privileges in City Parks 6.
