Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session February l8r2014 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Michelle Dolan on Tuesday, February l8,2OI4 at7:00 p.m. in the conference room of the Ewell L. Easley Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Michelle Dolan, Vice Mayor Lea Powers, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, and Council Jack Young. Staff members included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Jack Hyder, City Recorder and Finance Director Tara Musick, Community Development Director Shari Brown, Public Works Director Tim Beavers, and Fire Chief Bob Barnes. The agenda for the meeting included the following items of discussion, with no formal action taken: 1. Review of Fiscal Year 2015 -2019 Capital Improvement Plan 2.
