Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session April 15,2014 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Michelle Dolan on Tuesday, April 15,2014 at 10:30 a.m. in The Lodge at Steele Creek Park. Members of the City Council present were Mayor Michelle Dolan, Vice Mayor Lea Powers, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, and Councilman Jack Young. Staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Jack Hyder, Finance Director Tara Musick, Administrative Services Director Belva Hale, Public Works Director Tim Beavers, Parks and Recreation Director Terry Napier, Community Development Director Shari 'Wade, Brown, Community Relations Director Terrie Talbert, Police Chief Blaine Fire Chief Bob Barnes, Information Technology Manager Greg Cross, Accounting Manager Hollie Verran, and Staff Accountant David Adkisson. The agenda for the meeting included the following item for discussion, with no formal action being taken: 1. Review of the proposed Fiscal2015 Budget.
