Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session May 20,2014 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Dolan on Tuesday, l|l4.ay 20,2014, at7:00 p.m. in the conference room of the Easley Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Michelle Dolan, Vice Mayor Lea Powers, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, and Councilman Jack Young. In addition, Parks and Recreation Chairman Jim Goodwin was in attendance. Staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Jack Hyder, Police 'Works Chief Blaine Wade, Public Director Tim Beavers, Parks and Recreation Director Terry Napier, Community Relations Director Terrie Talbert, Accounting Manager Hollie Veran, and Information Technology Manager Greg Cross. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, no formal action being taken: 1. Report from the Animal Control Ordinance Review Taskforce 2. Presentation of Stormwater Utility Ordinance 3. Discussion of Parks and Recreation Facility Use and program Fees 4.
