Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session September 1.612014 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Lea Powers on Tuesday, September 16,2014, at7:00 p.m. in the conference room of the Easley Annex Building Members of City Council present included Mayor Lea Powers, Vice Mayor Chad Keen, Councilwoman Michelle Dolan, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, and Councilman Jack Young. City staff members present included Municipal Court Judge A.D. Jones, Juvenile Court Judge Randy Kennedy, City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Jack Hyder, Police Chief Blaine'Wade, Director of Economic and Community Development Shari Brown, Parks and Recreation Director Terry Napier, Community Relations Director Terie Talbert, Business Development Specialist Ryan Chupa and Information Technology Specialist Jared Peters. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. Discussion with Juvenile and Municipal Courts Judges 2. Discussion of Ordinance 14-10 Amending Chapter 6, Article III, of Code of Ordinances 3. Discussion of Mobile Food Vendor Pilot Program 4. Discussion of Ordinance Amending Section 50-26 of Code of Ordinances 5. Discussion of Establishment of Electronic Traffic Citation Fee 6.
