Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council \Mork Session February 17r2015 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Lea Powers on Tuesday, February 17,2015 at approximately 12:04 p.m. in the conference room of the Easley Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Lea Powers, Vice Mayor Chad Keen, Councilwoman Michelle Dolan, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, and Councilman Jack Young. City staff members included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Jack Hyder, Director of Finance Tara Musick, Director of Public 'Works Tim Beavers, Director of Economic and Community Development Shari Brown, Director of Parks and Recreation Teny Napier, Police 'Wade, Chief Blaine Fire Chief Bob Barnes, Director of Administration Belva Hale, and Director of Community Relations Terrie Talbert. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. Review of Fiscal 2016 -2020 Capital Improvement Plan 2.
