Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee Cify Council Work Session March 17 r 2015 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Lea Powers on Tuesday, March 17,2015 at approximately 12:00 p.m. in the conference room of the Easley Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Lea Powers, Vice Mayor Chad Keen, Councilwoman Michelle Dolan, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, and Councilman Jack Young. City staff members included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Jack Hyder, Director of Finance Tara Musick, Director of Public Works Tim Beavers, Director of Economic and Community Development Shari Brown, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Police 'Wade, Chief Blaine Fire Chief Bob Bames, Director of Administration Belva Hale, Director of Community Relations Tenie Talbert and Accounting Manager Hollie Verran. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. Review of Draft Fiscal2016 Goals and Objectives Program 2. Presentation of TCRS Public Safety Employee Retirement Bridge 3. Discussions of Ordinance 15-1 Rezoning of Property at 1031 WindsorAvenue In addition to the above items on the formal agenda, Mr. Tom Heibel was allowed to address City Council regarding various concerns.
