Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session April 21,2015 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Lea Powers on Tuesday, April2I,2015 at 10:45 a.m. in The Lodge at Steele Creek Park. Members of the City Council present were Mayor Lea Powers, Vice Mayor Chad Keen, Councilwoman Michelle Dolan, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, and Councilman Jack Young. Staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Jack Hyder, Finance Director Tara Musick, Accounting Manager Hollie Verran, Director of Economic and Community Development Shari Brown, Public Works Director Tim Beavers, Police Chief Blaine V/ade, Fire Chief Bob Barnes, Parks and Recreation Director Terry Napier, Community Relations Director Terrie Talbert, and Information Technology Manager Greg Cross. The agenda for the meeting included the following item for discussion, with no formal action being taken: 1.
