Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session November 17,2015 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Lea Powers on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 af. 12:00 p.m. in the conference room of the Easley Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Lea Powers, Vice Mayor Chad Keen, Councilwoman Michelle Denise, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, and Councilman Jack Young. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney/Corporation Counsel Danielle Kiser, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Public Works Tim Beavers, Police Chief Blaine Wade, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Business Development Specialist Mike Sparks, Director of Community Relations Terrie Smith, and Information Technology Specialist Robert Lucas. In addition, representatives from Chainfree Bristol, CDM Smith Consulting Engineers, and Bristol Baseball, Inc. were in attendance. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. Presentation of Impact of 2104 Animal Control Ordinance Amendments 2. Update on East Cedar Street Reconstruction Project 3. Discussion of Baseball Stadium Feasibility Study Proposal 4. Discussion of Downtown Redevelopment District Amendment 5.
