Minutes of the BrÍstol Tennessee City Council Work Session June 2lr2016 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Lea Powers on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the conference room of the Easley Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Lea Powers, Vice Mayor Chad Keen, Councilwoman Michelle Denise, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, and Councilman Jack Young. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney/Corporation Counsel Danielle Kiser, Director of Public V/orks Tim Beavers, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Community Development and Planning Brian Rose, Director of Community Relations Terrie Talbert, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson and Information Technology Specialist Greg Cross, and Police Major Tim Eads. Others present included Kathy Waugh, Kathy Feagins, and Cathy Mullins representing the Bristol YV/CA and Michael Guyton from BPS&M and Melissa Davis from TCRS. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. Discussion of TCRS Enhanced Public Safety Benefit Program 'Warrant 2.
