Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session November 28,2017 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Jack Young on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 5:32p.m. in the conference room of the Easley Annex Building Members of City Council present included Mayor Jack Young, Vice Mayor Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, Councilwoman Lea Powers, and Councilwoman Michelle Reuning. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Kiser, Director of Public Works Tim Beavers, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Community Relations Terrie Talbert, Director of Planning and Community Development Brian Rose, Senior Planner Cherith Marshall, Zoning Administrator Blake Ailor, and IT Manager Greg Cross. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. Discussion of2018 Tri-Cities Legislative Policy 2. Passenger Rail Presentation 3. Discussion of 2018 City Council Calendar 4. Discussion of Proposed B-2E Zoning Text Amendment 5. Discussion of Proposed B-IB Zoning General Store Text Amendment 6.
