Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session November 27, 2018 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Margaret Feierabend on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 5:32 p.m. in the conference room of the Easley Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Margaret Feierabend, Vice Mayor Michelle Denise, Councilman Chad Keen, Councilwoman Lea Powers and Councilman Jack Young. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Kiser, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Administration Mary L. Williams, Director of Community Relations Terrie Talbert, and Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. Passenger Rail Presentation 2. Discussion of2019 Tri-Cities Legislative Policy 3.
