Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session September 24, 2019 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Margaret Feierabend on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 11 :02 p.rn. in the confe rence room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Armex Building. Members of City Co unci l present included Mayor Margaret Feierabend, Vice Mayor Mahlon Luttrell, Councilman Chad Keen , Council woman Lea Powers, and Councilman Vince Turner. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sarah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Econom ic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Nap ier, Director of Finance Tara Musick, Planning Services Manager Cherith You ng, Community Relations Speciali st Aime Duncan, Business Deve lopment Specialist Jon Luttrell, and In formati on Technology Speciali st Greg Cross. In addition, Mr. Clay Walker, Chief Executive Officer of Sullivan NETWORKS Partnership, was in attendance.
