MINUTES OF THE CITY OE BRISTOL,TENNESSEE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION July 28,2020 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on Tuesday, June 28, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Pursuant to Governor Lee's Executive Order No. 51,this meeting was conducted electronically. Members of City Council present included Mayor Mahlon Luttrell, Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Finance Tara Musick, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, and Information & Technology Director Shane Vamey. In addition, Mr. Gary Mayes and Dr. Stephen May of the Sullivan County Regional Health Department, Mr. Ben Baker and Ms. Jane Pettus of CareHere!, and Mr. Justin Ball, of Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System were present. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. Sullivan County Regional Health Department - COVID-19 Update 2. Presentation of Employee Health and Wellness Clinic Annual Report 3. TCRS Option I Death Benefit for Legacy Employees 4. Discussion of City Council Appointments to Boards and Commissions 5. 2020 Tennessee General Assembly Legislative Update There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:44 p.m. by Mayor Luttrell.
