MINUTES OF THE CITY OF BRISTOL,TENNESSEE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION October 27,2020 The City of Bristol, Tennessee City Council Called Work Session was called to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on October 27,2020 at 11:00 a.m. The meeting was held electronically via Zoom. Present were Mayor Mablon Luttrell, Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. Others present were City Manager William L. Sorab, City Attorney Danielle Smith, City Recorder Tara Musick, Director ofDevelopment Services Tim Beavers, Director ofEconomic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, and Information and Technology Director Shane Vamey. Discussion of Necessity for Conducting Electronic Meeting - Ms. Smith reviewed the legal requirements to conduct the meeting electronically and all council members voted yes to holding the meeting electronically. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. COVID-19 Update by Sullivan County Regional Health Department 2. Residential Housing Incentives - Utility Tap Fee Holiday 3. Review of Rules and Procedures ofCity Council 4. Proposed Right-of Way Abandonment- Leona Street 5. Proposed Street Name Change - Centre Drive to Crestpoint Drive 6. Proposed Rezoning or Property Located at 1741 & 1745 King College Road 7.
