Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session May 25, 2021 The Bristol Tennessee City Counci l work session was called to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on Tuesday, May 25, 202 1 at 11 :02 p.m. in the Nature Center at Steele Creek Park. Members of City Council present included Mayor Mahlon Luttrell , Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. Councilman Chad Keen participated in the work session e lectronicall y but did not engage in the discussion of any items on the agenda. City staff members present included City Manager Bi ll Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Econom ic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, and Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion. with no formal action being taken. 1. Bristol, Virginia Landfill - Presentation by Draper Aden Associates 2. Employee Clinic and Wellness Center - Annual Report by Care Here, Inc. 3. "Bristol is Ready" and Tourism Marketing - Update by The High Road Agency 4.
