Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session Sep tern ber 28, 2021 T he City Council work session was call ed to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 11:01 p.m. in the conferen~e room of the Ewel l Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Counci l present included Mayor Mahlon Luttrell, Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Sm ith, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Administration Mary Lee Wi lliams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, and Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier.
