Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session November 30, 2021 The City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 11 :02 p.m. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Mahlon Luttrell, Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sarah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, and Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier. In addition, members of the Bristol Tennessee Board of Education and school system staff were in attendance. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. Viking Hall Civic Center Study - Hunden Strategic Partners, Chicago, lllinois 2. Proposed Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance - Landscape Regulations 3. Bristol Metropolitan Planning Organization - Long Range Transportation Plan 4. Review of Rules and Procedures of the City Council 5: Proposed 2022 City Counci l Calendar of Meetings 6.
