Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session December 14, 2021 The City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 11 :03 a.m. in the conference room of the Ewel l Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Mah lon Luttrell, Vice Mayor Vince Turner, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. Counci lwoman Margaret Feierabend and Councilman Chad Keen observed the work session electronically, but did not participate in discussion . City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, C ity Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Fire Chief Mike Carrier, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, and Public Services Manager Wes Ritchie. In addition, staff members from the Tri-Cities Airport and CB IZ Compensation Consulting were in attendance. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. Presentation of Compensation Structure Evaluation - CBIZ Compensation Consulting 2. Presentation of TRI Aerospace Park Marketing and Development Efforts 3.
