Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Called Work Session February 14, 2022 The City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on Monday, February 14, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Mahlon Luttrell, Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, and Council woman Lea Powers. C ity staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, and Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier.
