Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session Ma rch 22, 2022 The City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 11 :00 A.M. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Mahlon Luttrell, Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Mark Hutton, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Wi ll iams, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell , Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Director of Finance Hollie Verran, Fire Chief Mike Carrier, and other City staff. Members of the Bristol Tennessee City School Board were also in attendance. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken . AGENDA 1. Presentation of CTE Facility Architectural and Engineering Study 2. Review of Fiscal 2023 - 2027 Capital Improvement Plan 3. Discussion of Special Use Permits in Commercial Zoning Districts There was a brief recess for lunch at 12: 05 P.M. and the meeting was called back to order by Mayor Luttrell at 12: 18 P.M.
