Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session July 19, 2022 The Ci ty Council work session was brought to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 11:01 A.M. in the conference room of the Ewell L. Easley Municipal Annex Building. Members of City Counci l present included Mayor Mahlon Luttrell , Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Counci lwoman Margaret Feierabend, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. Counci lman Mark Hutton observed the work session by electronic format. City staff members present included City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Ad ministration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell , Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Public Works Dave Wilson, and other departmental staff. In addition, Scott Andrews, Daphne Andrews, Stephen Callahan. Jessica Callahan, Jim Wilson, Vernon SpaJd ing, Ryan Chupa, Tabetha Corbitt, Gary Maybrey, Dr. Stephen Marshall , James Desir, April Eads, and Clay Walker with Project Spirit were in attendance. The agenda for the meeting included the following item for discussion, with no formal action being taken. AGENDA I. Presentation of Project Spirit 2.
