Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session August 23, 2022 The City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on Tuesday. August 23, 2022 at 5:25 p.m. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of C ity Counci l present included Mayor Mahlon Luttrell, Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Council woman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Mark Hutton, and Counci lwoman Lea Powers. C ity staff members present included C ity Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Economi c Development Tom Anderson, Fire C hief Mike Carrier, Director of Operations Dave Wilson, Director of Planning Cherith Young, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, and IT Manager Greg Cross.
