Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session September 27, 2022 The City Counci l work sess ion was ca lled to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Mahlon Luttrell, Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Counci lman Mark Hutton and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Communi ty Relations Jon Luttrell , Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Planning Cheri th Young, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Director of Operations David Wilson, and IT Specialist Greg Cross. In addition, Major Brooks Gilliam of the Bristol Salvation Army, Rev. Brian Plank of the Haven of rest, and Re v. Kris Aaron of Family promise of Bristol were in attendance. Mr. Geoff Ames of Meeting the Chall enge, Inc., participated e lectronically. The agenda for the meeting incl uded the following items for discussion , with no fonnal action being taken. I. Presentation - Homeless Care Provider Agencies 2. Presentation of ADA Transition Plan 3. Discussion of Proposed Zoning Text Amendment - Truck Terminals and Wrecker Serv ices 4.
