Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session November 29, 2022 The City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Mah lon Luttrell, Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Counci lwoman Margaret Feierabend, and Councilman Mark Hutton. City staff members present incl uded City Manager Bi ll Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Will iams, Director of Commun ity Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Planning Cherith Young, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Director of Operations David Wilson, and IT Manager Greg Cross. In addition, Ms. Leah Ross of Birthplace of Country Music was in attendance. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. Presentation - Birthplace of Country Music 2. Discussion of 2023 Calendar of Council Meetings 3. Legislative Agenda for the 2023 Tennessee General Assembly 4. Rezoning Request - 251 &261 Bellebrook Road 5.
