Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session December 13, 2022 The City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Mahlon Luttrell, Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Mark Hutton, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Planning Cheri th Young, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, and IT Specialist Greg Cross. In addition, Jennifer Salyer, of Barge Design Services, and Mary Darnell of Thompson & Litton, LLC were in attendance. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. DeFriece Park Master Plan Presentation 2. Slater Center Facility Assessment and Proposed Improvements 3.
