Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Called Work Session January 6, 2023 The City Council called work session was called to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on Friday, January 6, 2023 at 9:03 A.M. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Mahlon Luttrell, Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Mark Hutton, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Attorney Danielle Smith acting as City Manager, Director of Administration Mary Lee Wi lliams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell , Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, IT Manager Greg Cross, and other departmental staff. Also in attendance was Kurt Hodgen, Senior Vice President of Executive Recruitment for Strategic Government Resources (SGR). The agenda for the meeting included the fo llowing item for di scussion. As a result, applications for the City Manager position were reviewed and semi-finalists selected. AGENDA I .
