Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Called Work Session February 13,2023 The City Council called work session was brought to order by Mayor Vince Turner on Monday, February 13, 2023, at 9:00 A.M. in the conference room ofthe Ewell Easiey Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Vince Turner, Vice Mayor Mark Hutton, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilwoman Lea Powers, and Councilman Mahlon Luttrell. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, and Police Chief Matt Austin. Also in attendance was Kurt Hodgen, Senior Vice President of Executive Recruitment for Strategic Government Resources(SGR). The agenda for the meeting consisted of interviewing candidates Seth Sumner, Josh Suddath, and Kelli Bourgeois for the position of City Manager with no action being taken. AGENDA 1.
