Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session March 28, 2023 The City Council work session was called to order by Vice Mayor Mark Hutton on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at 5:00 P.M. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Vice Mayor Mark Hutton, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Mahlon Luttrell, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. Mayor Vince Turner observed the work session by electronic format. City staff members present included Interim City Manager Tom Anderson, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, IT Manager Greg Cross, Director of Community Development and Planning Cherith Young, Director of Operations Dave Wilson, Director of Finance Hollie Verran, and other departmental staff. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. AGENDA 1. Proposed Zoning Text Amendment - Restaurants by Special Use Permit in R-3 Zones 2.
