Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session July 25, 2023 The City Council work session was brought to order by Mayor Vince Turner on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at 4:07 P.M. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Vince Turner, Vice Mayor Mark Hutton, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Mahlon Luttrell, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Manager Kelli Bourgeois, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Finance Hollie Verran, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director ofParks and Recreation Terry Napier, Director of Community Development and Planning Cherith Young, and IT Manager Greg Cross.
