Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session September 24, 2024 The City Council work session was brought to order by Mayor Vince Turner on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at 5:00 P.M. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, and Councilman Mahlon Luttrell. Vice Mayor Mark Mutton was absent, and Councilwoman Lea Powers arrived at approximately 5:30 P.M. City staff members present included City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Planning Services Cherith Young, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Parks and Recreation Mike Mains, Business Development Specialist Matt Garland, Code Administrator Kim Lester, and IT Network Technician Nick Rugate. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken.
